Are there any discounts available for bulk orders?
The prices we quote are wholesale. However, our best price will be offered according to the order quantity. Please specify your purchase quantity when you inquire.
How is the wholesale price determined?
The price depends on the specific items you demand, including shape, size, and quantity. An exact quotation will be provided after we receive your full descriptions of the desired items.
How does the factory ensure quality control?
Quality is our priority. We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production, and every process is checked by our QC manager one by one before delivery. Customers are also welcome to check products before shipping.
What are the packaging details for safe transport?
To ensure the safety of your goods, professional and environmentally friendly packaging is used. Each part is packed in high-quality carton boxes, and we typically include extra spare parts with your order.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Sample orders are acceptable. The MOQ is 2 sets based on EXW terms, or a 20'GP container based on FOB terms. Mixing different items to fulfill a container is allowed.
Can you customize a product based on my own design?
Yes, we can manufacture special designs received from clients or customize our existing designs. We can adjust the product's size, material, and frame through our R&D department.
